Removal of Condition 3 of planning permission dated 27th March 2015 (PL/2014/00490/FULM) for the change of use from minerals extraction land to waste management, to allow for expanded waste wood treatment operation and associated operational development at Meriden quarry recycling facility. Namely: to remove the limitation imposed in Condition No. 3 on planning permission PL/2014/00490/FULM which requires the use permitted to be discontinued, and the associated operational development (i.e. buildings, bunds and hard surfacing) removed, and the land restored to its former condition, on or before 31st March 2025.
