Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 (part 1, paragraph 2) of the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising:- A permanent railway underbridge (Carol Green Rail Underbridge) including 2 no. stairways and handrails, which will allow HS2 to cross over the top of an existing railway;- Acoustic panels either side of the railway underbridge (Carol Green Rail Underbridge);- Concrete parapet walls at both ends of the railway underbridge (Carol Green Rail Underbridge).
