T1 Apple tree - Reduce the canopy by 50% by doing this it will reduce the stress on the weak points of the tree it will also allow retention of the tree rather than removing it. T2 Cherry tree - Remove all the dead wood from the tree. Completing the work will reduce the risk of any large pieces dropping out and hitting any of the residents.
