Non-material amendment for change in size of ground floor windows to match window widths of the floor above on rear and side elevations for a more consistent appearance. Removal of of windows for the same purpose. Front elevation: addition of one roof light. Changes to bin store access as requested by STW for maintenance access. Access door to commercial unit changed position. Side elevation: addition of a door to access commercial unit and a window to the communal corridor on first floor. All external wall finishes have been slightly changed although the proposed material palette remains the same as before. Green areas on ground floor have been rearranged; following planning approval PL/2020/02587/PPFL.
