Non material amendment to planning application P/00094/068 dated 12/09/2022 to break the long terrace block of which runs the full length of the north eastern boundary into 3 individual blocks, this breaking up of the long building offers relief in the façade and street configuration along this edge of the site. Additionally it creates 2 breaks between the buildings of which allows for enhanced green space in these areas, alongside additional parking spaces behind the building and additional dwellings, increasing dwelling numbers from 60 total to 74 total (+14 dwellings). The changes all work within the approved parameter plans and do not increase heights at all or move the building towards any of the site boundaries.
