Non material amendment to vary condition 13 of planning permission P/06651/103 dated 30/07/2021 - to read as follows; The electric vehicle charging bays shall be provided in accordance with the details approved under planning permission P/06651/115, or any amendment to that planning permission that may be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The electric vehicle charging bays shall be brought into operation no later than 2 June 2024, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and once installed shall be retained in good working order for the lifetime of the food store use in Unit 3A.
