Non Material Amendment to to planning permission 23/02934/FUL to include timber edge bark mulch path provided for access to adjoining field between LAP Area and Plot 9, re-location of access gate to rear garden of plot 11 changed, re-location of path to rear garden of plot 18, additional fencing annotated on plan showing height variance between 1.8 and 2.2m close board fencing from side of Plot 15 to Plot 16, addition of drainage filter strip to gardens and 1.8m close board fencing panels to the rear boundaries of the gardens of plots 1 to 8 and 9 to 15.
