Non-material amendment to amend the wording of Condition 19 of planning permission 16/02594/OUT from:- "Other than ground clearance works, no development shall take place on the site until the roundabout junction onto Shrewsbury Road has been fully constructed in accordance with the details to be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority as required by Condition 18 of this permission" to:- "No development shall be occupied on the site until the roundabout junction onto Shrewsbury Road has been fully constructed in accordance with the details to be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority as required by Condition 18 of this permission".
