Non material amendment to reduce the scale even further with an extension that protrudes just 3m to the rear of the property and matches the overall width of the previous amendment of 4m. The extension will be a more traditional conservatory-style extension with warm roof. We are looking to have two Velux windows in the roof, bi-folding doors (three panel) to the rear and dwarf wall and glazing to the side elevation. As per the previous application, we will also be looking to include a shallow letterbox window in the side return and will block up the back door that currently steps out into the side return relating to Planning Permission 18/01356/FUL (Amended 20/02955/AMP)
