Description

Partially demolish garage (150m concrete block and asbestos roof) rebuild single storey of timber frame clad with horizontal boarding to match existing. Take roof off cowhouse and clean kingpost trusses for reuse, raise existing stone walls to levels shown on drawings (in matching stone: Llynclys) Dismantle existing frontage of cladding, construct new footings and install new 140mm timber frame and clad with horizontal boarding to match original. Take down stone projection to cowhouse (see photos of cracked walls) extend by 800mm (to enlarge new kitchen) with new footings, timber frame and stonework affecting a Grade II Listed Building
