Non Materail Amendment to planning applicaiton 20/04541/FUL - Condition 2. Amended site layout to show revised locations of external bin store and cycle store for the apartments and Condition 4. To amend the wording as follows:4. a) Prior to above ground works commencing a detailed design for the following shall be submitted to the LPA: - Traffic calming measures on B4380 Holyhead Road to include the extension of the existing 40mph speed limit , incorporating the existing access and pedestrian refuge and the provision of a vehicle activated sign.- Improvements to the existing bus stop on B4380 Holyhead Road. b) The works shall be in accordance with the approved design and fully implemented in accordance with the detailed technical approval that is required by the Highway Authority (including any required revisions to the approved design) and shall be carried out within 3 months of receiving that technical approval or in accordance with a timetable to be agreed with the Highway Authority.Reason: To ensure the provision of localised improvements to the surrounding highway network and promote sustainable travel from the site.
