Description

To undertake internal and external renovations to existing derelict dwellinghouse to bring back to habitable standards. Internal works comprise: installation of bathroom, WC and kitchen; replacement of all internal floors, ceilings and timber stairwell; to insulate and plaster board interior walls and to install central heating to modern standards. External works comprise: renovation/refurbishment/replacement of all windows, doors, rooflights and rainwater goods; to re-point, re-harl and internally line chimney; to pick, point and re-harl all exterior wall surfaces and undertake spot repairs to damaged masonry; to insert concrete lintel above front door; to repair/replace sarking and flashings; to replace all ridge, verge and hip details; soffits and fascias; replace some timber joists, sarking and rafters; re-slate roof; reconnect to existing services and to install septic tank and surface water soakaways.
