Description

Modify existing fence that was erected as per approved planning application to allow access to footpath SR10. Create a minimum 1m gape in North and south side of the fence at the existing fence post nearest to 12.8m from boundary line. Create new fence line along the East side of the public footpath and relocate existing gate to this new fence line. All other parts of the existing fence line is proposed to remain in place. All new fencing will be the same style as the existing fence: 1.2m high posts & three strands galvanised wire strained & stappled to 75/100mm diameter round softwood posts, driven at 4.8m centres. Straining posts of 125/150mm complete with 75/100mm struts dug into ground & concreted.
