T1 Veteran oak - to thin canopy by removal of epicormic growth throughout the bottom two thirds of the canopy to allow sunlight to penetrate the canopy better and allow more light into the garden.Removal of the lower limbs up to 11? inches diameter and 8m from the decking and matching across. 12 inches diameter total to slightly raise canopy and retain use of decked area.Large limb on the central stem over the steps to remove lower drooping branch back to the union at 10m and 3m out from the stem. Reduce the remainder of the branch by 2m back into the crown spread of the tree to reduce weight and risk of failure.Two branches to reduce at 12 and 13m encroaching towards the house by removal of the lower drooping longer branch on each to bring the lower canopy back away from the house. Remove any major deadwood whilst carrying out the removal of epicormic growth.
