Description

Replacement of the existing liquid plastic and fleece roofing system to the splayed bay. Deconstruct the masonry balustrading, cornice and external walls for the bay down to the top of the block directly above the window/door heads, label each element and reconstruct in lime mortar. Replace ceiling plaster and wall plaster in the bay area internally to the living room to match existing.
