Listed building consent to remove and replace with 2.5in reclaimed hand-made clamp bricks, chiselling out and repointing the existing brickwork, reinstating the chimney stacks to original height with reclaimed 2.5in hand-made clamp bricks and the installation of reclaimed hexagonal chimney pots. Works on the shopfront include the removal of the existing plate glass windows, reinstatement of a two-pane per bay arrangement, glazing bars being reinstated to 1.25in half round hardwood, splicing in any minor woodwork defects in hardwood, installing heritage slimline double glazed units of no more than 12mm thickness to replace the extant float glass and priming and repainting the shopfront in a matt exterior wood paint
