Description

Internal and external alterations/refurbishment with erection of extension to ancillary entertainment facility (RJ s) to provide a show bar and indoor stage (with mezzanine), and additional ancillary food, beverage and leisure areas, formation of entrance feature and external terrace garden and play area, signage, and provision of cycle and car parking spaces including disabled spaces and other associated infrastructure and landscaping.
