Request for EIA Screening Opinion for a development of up to 170 dwellings (including market and affordable housing units), comprising a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom dwellings, with the possibility of restricting development heights in certain locations. Public open space (including a Local Area of Play (LAP) and a Locally Equipped Area of Play (LEAP)), and a sustainable urban drainage system (SUDs) are also proposed, with vehicle and all other modes access off Woolavington Hill, pedestrian and cycle access from Vicarage Road and Coombe Lane, and the retention of the existing PRoW.
