Erection of extensions and expansion to 'Brean Splash' pool facility including two outdoor 'lido' pools, lazy river, provision of 'Festival Gardens' comprising 4 No. leisure events pavilions and various other outdoor leisure facilities, demolition of building, external upgrades (including landscaping) to the tavern area, provision of 2 No. caravan sales units, refurbishment and upgrade of buildings to provide activities, Food and Beverage outlets and provision of outdoor seating terraces and landscaping with amended associated car parking within landscaped area including additional disabled parking, electrical vehicle charging points and cycle parking, amended access roads, upgraded pedestrian pathways, gates and fences, landscaping, ancillary hard standing and other infrastructure and works.
