Description

The proposed work is to insert a 3.6m Aluminium bifold door at the rear of the property, painted French Green to match the rest of the windows.(There is already a 1.2m bifold door) This would also entail relocating the WC. 2 small internal walls would have to be taken down but these are not structural / load bearing and were put in by the previous owners. The overall design would be to create a large open plan kitchen / dining room with views over our garden.
