Description

Proposal is to refurbish the existing (non listed) building and footprint. Alter and adapt existing internal and external openings. Form new window and door openings. Remove the existing glazed structure (south elevation) and add a new kitchen dining area with tiled mono pitch roof. Extend the new roofline to clad a new single storey extension abutting the west wall of The Tower Houe (Grade 2). Add a new photovoltaic (PV) array to the roofline of the south elevation.
