Fell 2No. Elms by roadside and remove all overhanging branches over road from remaining 14No. Elms within Group 142 (TPO Ref W1). Remove dead stump in upper crown from 2No. Common Oak (T148 & T149) (Not covered by TPO). Dismantle 1No. Horse Chestnut (T154 & T159 on submitted report) (Not covered by TPO) to 8m Monolith and leave for nature.
