Description

Listed Building Consent for repairing the elements of the building that require conservation and improvements to security and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems. The works comprise of replacing windows with a form more closely resembling the original design, recreating the lost chimney, external masonry repairs and repointing, electrical upgrades, upgrades to internal WC, asbestos removal, stripping and relaying the roof, external island paving replacement, construction of a brick-lined pit to house a wastewater tank and roof replacement to island outbuildings.
