Listed building consent for the reinstallation of a roof window, make the roof watertight by replacing the felt pitch on the roof with breathable insulated felt, relay the current Welsh slates, replacing damaged slates, repoint loose/missing areas within the brick work, repair/repaint wooden sills, repaint windows, stone plinth, aprons to ground-floor windows and window sills, remove a false ceiling in the hall and restore the hall ceiling.
