G1 - Sycamore x3- Crown clean removing dead/diseased/crossing branches and crown thin by 10% to act as proactive maintenance to prevent future branch failures. T2 - Cherry- Prune back to give 1m clearance form phone line and post. T3 - Ash- Remove drooping branch at 4m to give clearance from parking bay. Crown lift western side to provide 5m clearance from ground level over neighboring driveway. T4 - Sycamore- Reduce northern canopy by 1.5m to give greater clearance from neighboring property and rebalance crown upon completion. T5 - Sycamore- Crown reduce on neighboring property side by 2.5m from branch tips to act as proactive maintenance to prevent future branch failures, using previous reduction points as a guide. Crown thin by 20%. T9- Sycamore- Reduce height by 1.5m to match height of T6 and crown thin by 15%. T6- Sycamore- Reduce western canopy over neighboring property by 2.5m and height by 1.5m. Crown thin by 20%. T7 - Sycamore- Crown lift to 4m over parking bays, crown thin by 10% to act as proactive maintenance to prevent future branch failures. G2 - Sycamore x2- Prune back from neighboring property by a maximum of 2m from branch tips to provide adequate clearance. G3 - Robinia x2, Sycamore x1- Crown reduce Queens Croft and neighboring property side by 2m from branch tips to provide adequate clearance from buildings either side.
