Consultation from Wigan Council (application reference A/23/95156/MAJES) Hybrid Planning Application on land to the north of the guided busway ('Northern Parcel') - this comprises: (i) Full planning permission for a multi-phased, severable residential development, located in the North-West of the site (Use Class C2/C3), vehicular access off Mort Lane, temporary and permanent public open space, children's play space, and the provision of new and enhancements to existing footpaths and cycleways, and, where applicable, the re-routing, upgrading and extension of the Public Rights of Way network.
