Description

The proposal includes the removal of the existing dilapidated barn structure, replacing it with a new two-storey building to provide additional accommodation. The proposal will be within the footprint of the existing structure. The proposal seeks to reuse salvaged stone from the existing building within the replacement building. In addition, a conservatory will be demolished and a replacement oak framed orangery erected in its place.
