Description

Demolition of lean-to structure and fire escape stair to the south of the Oakham Sports Centre and removal of existing doors and windows and external finishes to the north of the Oakham Sports Centre. Proposed two storey extension to the south of the Oakham Sports Centre, and a small extension at first and second floor level to the north of the Oakham Sports Centre, to provide new gym facilities, improve the accessibility of the building and maximise the current layout and footprint of the building through internal reconfiguration.
