Description

1. Retrospective application for repairs to Airey PRC construction house (1984 Defective Houses Act; due to non-standard construction) to include remove and reinstate precast concrete elements with modern brick and block insulated cavity walls. Replacement windows and doors with new white UPVC units. Roof tiling extended to cover reconstructed gable, fit UPVC Soffits, fascia and guttering. 2. Single storey side extension. 3. Addition of solar PV panels on south facing rear roof.
