Discharge of condition 3 (Archaeological evaluation report ULAS Report Ref: 2023-057) in relation to 2022/0810/LBA - The refurbishment and restoration of the cricket pavilion to enhance player, umpire and spectator facilities and restore lost features of the building and a basement extension to provide improved changing, shower and toilet facilities for players and internal alterations to remove modern partitions and sub-divide rooms. Ancillary hard landscaping to provide improved level access to the pavilion and terrace, and enhanced terrace for spectators, a new free standing electronic scoreboard and external refuse and recycling and energy facilities.
