Tree 1 as per submitted plan, one Beech remove. Tree 2 Yew reduce in height by no more than 2 metres and reduce lateral growth proportionally to balance crown. Tree 3 Sycamore remove. Tree 4 Elm remove. Group A Seven mature trees crown lift to no more than 6 metres from ground level. Group B Six Lime trees crown lift to no more than 6 metres from ground and clear epicormic growth. Area C clear all Hollies, Laurels, and scrub within the area. Remove small Yew and Sweet Chestnut. Crown lift to no more than 6 metres from ground four mature trees within the area.
