Description

Application for a proposed non material amendment to planning permission RU.24/0175 seeking amendments to planning condition 12 (Land Contamination) in relation to phase 1 of the development only to amend the trigger for the submission of an assessment of the nature and extent of contamination on the site to be revised to prior to the commencement of any excavation below existing ground levels or prior to the occupation of the development. Revisions also proposed to planning condition 15 (Archaeology) to amend the trigger for phase 1 of the development only in respect of the submission of a programme of archaeological work in accordance with a Written Scheme of Investigation to be revised to prior to the commencement of any excavation below existing ground levels.
