Consultation by Surrey County Council: Re-Consultation on Extension to existing waste transfer station and recycling facility (sui generis) into Unit 14 Wintersells Road for the receipt and treatment of mixed, dry, non-hazardous household, industrial, commercial, demolition, and excavation waste, comprising the extension of the existing building, the siting of two water tanks (for attenuation and rainwater harvesting), construction of an underground clean water storage tank, the reduction in height of the main vehicular doorway and associated hard and soft landscaping.
