Description

T1 fell tree due to its rapid decline (half of the crown is dead), which has been previously flagged in an appeal for a previous application to pollard the tree. T2 Re-pollard tree to highest pollard point. This will require and approximate 2 metre reduction of the crown. Reason - tree is growing towards road.
