Description

Listed Building Consent for internal alterations and general redecorations along the Victorian Corridor. Alterations include the fixing of a new pelmet detail to conceal existing high-level services and the installation of a new plaster archway to conceal an existing security shutter. Redecorations are proposed to the ceiling, walls, and joinery items (including the internal faces of external windows, internal doors and associated doorframes/linings, picture rails, skirting boards, and the internal face of the external door leading to the north quadrangle). Existing carpet and stone floor finishes to be retained, cleaned, and refurbished. Removal of existing modern recessed ceiling downlights and installation of new ceiling mounted brass pendant light fittings and recessed LED lights in the proposed pelmet. Existing security keypad and telecommunications switchgear relocated.
