Group 3 - Mixed species - Request that the third party owner removes the dead, standing tree on the south east end of the group. T2 - Pear species - Sever and Remove Ivy to 1.5m Above Ground Level - Ahead of the next inspection. T5 - Pear species - Clean Out Crown - Remove all deadwood. T9 -Pear species -Sever and Remove Ivy to 1.5m Above Ground Level - Ahead of the next inspection. T12 - Leyland cypress - Prune Specific Branch/Limb - On the north west side of the tree about 4m above ground level is a limb with wounding towards the base. Remove this limb. T15 - Common hazel - Clear vegetation to allow access to basal areas of trees for inspection purposes - Ahead of the next inspection. T17 - Sycamore - Sever and Remove Ivy to 1.5m Above Ground Level - Ahead of summer 2025 recommended inspection, North western stem has major deadwood which needs removing. The north eastern stem has a stem fused to it from the base, the fused stem has major deadwood which needs removing. The remaining two stems have apical dieback and as a result, deadwood, which needs removing. T18 - Lawson cypress - Reduce Crown in Height (by 5m) and Shape (Specify final height and width) - Reduce tree to the historic pruning points. (About 4m in height). T19 - Himalayan birch 'Jacquemontii' - Remove fence post from the stem to avoid damage to the tree, Remove all major deadwood. T20 - Sessile oak - Sever and Remove Ivy to 1.5m Above Ground Level - Ahead of the next inspection. T21 - Sessile oak - Sever and Remove Ivy to 1.5m Above Ground Level, Remove major deadwood overhanging playground and road/footpath. - Ahead of the next inspection. T24 - Sycamore - Sever and Remove Ivy to 1.5m Above Ground Level. T25 - Sycamore - Remove Dead Wood - Remove deadwood overhanging the road, Sever and Remove Ivy to 1.5m Above Ground Level. T26 - Common laburnum Dismantle to ground level - Leave stump at 50cm above ground level.
