Description

External and internal works and alterations to Grade II Listed Almshouses. Internal alterations include a new WC and kitchen and the replacement of internal doors. Removal of internal masonry to create one larger studio. External works include the installation of mechanical ventilation, heating and cooling, alterations to the roof ,new secondary glazing units across all window openings and the replacement of external doors. Repointing works to the brickwork, replacement of rainwater goods and masonry repairs to the chimney stacks. Repairs and external decorations to the handrails and balustrading of disabled ramp.
