T1 Sycamore - no work required T2 dead Sycamore - Fell as dead T3 dead Sycamore - Fell as dead T4 Oak - reduce top of canopy over-extending towards the north into neighbours' property by ~2.5m leaving finished height of 15m and spread unaltered. Reason - tree is overextending creating imbalanced crown which is worsening each year.
