Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Screening Opinion pursuant to Regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (the “EIA Regulations”) in respect of an application for a 246kWp Freestanding Solar PV System at Parkside, Wick Lane, Englefield Green, Egham, Surrey TW20 0XA.
