Variation of a Condition 3 (removal of the crash pads), 4 (approved plans) 5 ( buffer zone protection), 6 (development to be carried out in accordance to FRA), 8 (site shall be restored to its original use) and 9 (Emergency Flood Response Plan implemented) of planning permission RU.13/0719 (as amended by RU.24/0159) "Replacement of existing temporary accommodation with new modular units comprising a maximum of 184 bedrooms and associated buildings and boardwalk for a temporary period" to remove reference to 'crash pads' to enable flexibility and seek to extend the period the modular units can remain in situ
