5 day notice of works to two dead Manna Ash (Fraxinus ornus) T1 stunted growth and poor physiological vigour. We plan to fell and remove T128 severe decay at the base which is encompassing up to circa 80% of the base, which has decayed in an unusual manor as to undercut the stem.
