Description
Non Material Amendment to planning permission RU.19/1851 for amendments to the wording of conditions 2 and 4. The proposed amended wording for condition 2 (Reinstatement of temporary permission (buildings) hereby sought: The buildings hereby permitted shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition and in accordance with measures outlined in the EPR Ecological Impact Assessment (17/05-3C dated 09 December 2019) on or before 5th March 2025. Reason: To prevent an adverse effect on the visual amenities of the area and in the interest of proper land use planning so as not to prejudice the on-going phased re-development of the Longcross North site having regards to the Hybrid planning permission RU.13/0856 (amended by RU.16/0584) and the delivery of Phase 3, and to comply with saved Policy GB10 of the Runnymede Borough Local Plan Second Alteration April 2001 and guidance within the NPPF. The proposed amended wording for condition 4 (Limited period permission) hereby sought: This permission shall ensure for a limited period only, expiring on 5th March 2025. At the end of this period the buildings hereby shall be removed and the land restored to its existing condition, where applicable, in accordance with the measures outlined in the EPR Ecological Impact Assessment (17/05-3C) dated 09 December 2019), paragraph). Reason: In the interest of proper land use planning so as not to prejudice the on-going phased re-development of the Longcross North Site.
