Consultation by Woking Borough Council - Section 73 application to vary Condition 4 (approved plans insofar as they relate to Parcel C (Phase Emerald) to accommodate proposed changes as noted in the submitted planning report including changes to layout/design/landscaping/parking and the repositioning of the proposed dwellings away from the southern boundary of the site) of planning permission PLAN/2018/0337 for the redevelopment of the Sheerwater Estate (please see PLAN/2018/0337 for the original description). Submission also includes drainage details pursuant to Condition 20 and bat report pursuant to Condition 40.
