Description

T1 Holly, prune back from roof of property to give 0.5m clearance, prune height by 1m to maintain at size appropriate for location directly next to house, tree is currently 6m height, insignificant in context of conservation area. T2 Swedish Whitebeam, remove crossing branches within crown and to neighbouring Sycamore, prune back spread to South to give 2m clearance to house. T3 Birch, prune back crown spread to South to give 2m clearance to property. Pruning works are aimed at keeping crowns away from house to prevent possible damage, increase light levels to the North and North-West facing part of the house whilst also maintaining screening.
