Description

Cedar tree (T1): lateral crown spread (measured from the centre of the tree) is to be reduced to 5 metres to all aspects; the reduction is to only apply to the lower two thirds of the crown, graduating to zero by the time the upper third is reached. No reduction in height is to be recommended at this time, thus maintaining the trees apical dominance. Works required to mitigate future risk to persons and/or property, by maintaining the lateral spread of the tree, and associated risk of branch failures - See appended survey report for more details
