Description

Silver Birch Tree in front garden of property at 79 Clifton Road. The tree is situated on corner of Clifton Road and grovesnor Road and is clearly identifiable. The tree is past its sell buy date, and has been inspected by a tree surgeon. The central beach is rotten and we are informed it is dangerous and needs to be cut down asap soon as possible. We are very worried with storms coming that this will result in a dangerous situation. There is no TPO on the tree but we are in conservation zone. We are happy to plan another tree in its place in exact location to replace this one.
