T1 Holly, cut to ground. Tree is located in car park of The Manor on the Eastern boundary to the tennis and bowls club. Tree has been declining in vigour over the past 24 months to a point where it now has less than 30% of the foliage it should have, suspected Phytopthora Ilicis. Tree also has a poor union at 1.8m from ground. Insignificant in the conservation area.
