Description

T1 (Ash): Crown reduction by 3 metres to 18 metres height after pruning. Reduce lateral spread by 2.5m to 15 metres after pruning. Remove dead wood. Reasoning: To facilitate more reasonable use and enjoyment of the garden to the subject property, and by same token, to remove deadwood from crown extremities. The crown has regrown substantially since the original reduction work, date of which is unknown, but likely to be pre-2018. The garden is 121 sq.mtrs, of which 21 sq.mtrs is covered by the raised decking, and this is situated due West of the tree, partly beneath the crown. There is also a summerhouse, directly beneath the crown, in the far SE corner of the garden, also plagued by bird droppings. The distance from the West extremity of the canopy and the nearest habitable room of the house is approx. 5.3 metres.
