Application Details
Description
T1 Common Lime at the front of the property. Routine management by pollarding. This has in the past been carried out every few years. It has multiple trunks and could become unstable if not controlled. It is several years since it was last pollarded. There proposal is to pollard branches to their previous position; ie to the multiple trunks. T2 Yew adjacent to the house. Size reduction and shaping. The yew is very close to the building and its branches are now very close to/touching the house. It leans towards the house and is oozing. The proposal is to reduce the lengths of the branches, particularly to the side that is leaning towards the house, in order to retain its stability. Reduction would be by about 50% to 30% to branches and by a maximum of 30% to the height
