Outline Application (access and layout) with the remaining matters reserved to provide upgrades to the existing Alwyn Road Changing Rooms and Toilets. The proposal will provide an extension to the existing single storey club facility including a new changing room, function room and WC rooms. The application also seeks to renovate and overclad the walls of the existing changing rooms to improve thermal efficiency and aesthetic of the existing building.
